“Digital Bangladesh” which is the vision articulated by the present government. “Digital Bangladesh” is a blend of ICT and modern technology along with political goals as a pro-poor tool to eradicate poverty, establish good governance, ensure social equity through quality education, healthcare and law enforcement for all, and prepare the country for climate change. BWIT is a partner of Digital World 2012, Luna Shamsuddoha, President Bangladesh Women in Technology, BWIT, was a panelist at the Session which was Moderated Dr. Yesmeen Hoque, Prof. and Dean, Faculty of Bio Science, SUST and other speakers were , Jan Moolman, Activist, Writer & Advocacy leader, Women’s Networking Support Program (WNSP), Association for Progressive Communications (APC) and Shahzad Ahmad, Country Director, Bytes for All, Pakistan.
